1990 Topps Big #70

Card Review: 2.5  These "big" cards were a problem to store back when they were new and the problem has only grown more difficult over the years.  As a kid, it was a nusiance I was happy to deal with as the novelty of these cards far outweighed any problems created by their size.  Today, I waste a lot of time debating whether to store them with the rest of my collection or with other misfit oddball items.

Fun Facts: *Tim Wallach won a Gold Glove in 1990
*Wallach finished 10th in the 1990 NL MVP voting
*Montreal finished 2nd in the NL East in 1990
*This is the only Topps Big card of Wallach not to incorrectly describe him as an Arizona State Sun Devil  (Wallach led Fullerton to the 1979 Nat'l Title)
