How is it possible that Tim Wallach and Tim Raines never were on a card together? I can't find one anywhere and you certainly would be the expert on such a thing. No team leaders card, no Fleer superstar card with a terrible pun, nothing. What a missed opportunity.
It was an annual disappoint for me throughout the 80's. Every year I said, "this is the year that the Expos Topps Team Card is Wallach and Raines."
I think the Topps photographer was pranked for the '88 card, as it features Vance Law and Hubie Brooks. My theory is he asked if someone could point out Raines and Wallach for him.
