1995 Studio #165

Card Review: 2.2  This '95 set was arguably the dumbest of the studio designs.  Though not my least favorite.  Not that that is saying much.  This probably would have worked better as a limited insert set, with actual plastic cards.

How far off can we be from a Topps/Master Card cross promotion with pre-paid credit cards randomly inserted in packs?
