Card Review: 1.8 The card industry really began to take on the feel of a Christmas decorating arms race between residents of a trailer park in the mid to late 1990's. There is such a thing as too many flashing lights and plastic santa's. I mean, just look at this thing. Not exactly the '75 Brett, or '71 Munson. The simple elegance of a picture card with stats on the back is nowhere to found here.
