Card Review: 9.6 Call me nuts, but I really like this card. As far as these cereal box type give aways go, this one is great. Simple clean design, with a very vintage feel to it, plus complete career stats without any goofy product info.
Fun Facts: *I know next to nothing about this card, I assume these came in bags of sunflower seeds.
*This was an ebay purchase
*I never pulled a Tim Wallach card from a box of cereal, cracker jack box, or any other food product, though I was given a few by friends who were lucky enough to do so. I tended to always get George Brett or Robin Yount for some reason.
Number of this card in my collection: "1" this is my one and only. I am on the look-out for more.
Update 3/23/12: picked up a 2nd one, and its in as good of shape as I've ever seen any card, much less one that was supposed to be in a bag of sunflower seeds. I'm guessing a few of these found their way directly into the secondary market.
